1. Delivery cost
We charge one flat delivery rate of $45 per order, regardless of what you buy, how many items are in your basket, how heavy they are or where in the USA you are. The charge is shown at checkout before you pay, and nothing is added afterwards.
We do not offer free delivery at any basket value and we do not run free-delivery promotions. The rate is per order rather than per item, so buying two machines together costs the same $45 as buying one.
2. Handling time and delivery time
Your total wait is made up of two separate stages. Handling is the time we take to check, pack and hand the order to the carrier. Transit is the time the carrier takes to bring it to you.

The same cost and the same timescales apply to all 50 States.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday begin their handling time on the next working day. Delivery time is counted from the day the order is placed, not from dispatch.
3. Order tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves us. If you have not received tracking within 5 working days of ordering, email sales@iceskisandpools.com with your order number and we will chase it.
4. Large and heavy items
Mobility scooters and e-bikes are delivered by a specialist two-person courier. The carrier contacts you to arrange a delivery day, usually with an arrival window on the morning of delivery. The cost and timescales are the same as any other order.
* Delivery is to the ground-floor threshold of the property unless otherwise agreed.
* Someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive and sign for the item.
* Please check access. Narrow paths, steps and gateways can prevent delivery, so tell us in advance if access is restricted.
* Missed pre-arranged deliveries may incur a re-delivery charge from the carrier. We will always tell you the amount before passing it on.
5. Lithium battery shipping
Lithium-ion batteries are regulated as hazardous materials under United States Department of Transportation rules (49 CFR) and must travel via ground transport per UN3480 and UN3481 standards. Orders cannot ship by air or be delivered to USPS PO Box addresses. They ship in certified containers at a partial charge, which is required for safety.
6. Checking your delivery
Please check the parcel before signing where you can. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, either refuse the delivery or sign for it as damaged, then tell us within 48 hours at sales@iceskisandpools.com with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
7. Missing or delayed parcels
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have nothing, please check with neighbours and around the property first, then contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier. Most are resolved within 5 working days, after which we will replace the order or refund you in full.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If you instruct a carrier to leave a parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, that instruction is at your own risk.
8. Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We can usually change it before dispatch if you contact us quickly. Once an order has shipped, redirecting it may incur a carrier charge, and parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly cannot always be recovered.
9. Out-of-stock and delayed items
If an item turns out to be unavailable or delayed beyond the times above, we will contact you with a revised date. You can wait, swap the item, or cancel for a full refund including the delivery charge. If we cannot supply an order at all, we will refund you in full within 14 days.
